24 Hour Comics Day
Join us for PNCA’s third annual 24 Hour Comics Day challenge: create a 24 page comic in 24 hours!
What started as a creative exercise between Scott McCloud and Steve Bissette is now an international phenomenon– a day for creators everywhere to produce a full-length comic book (typically weeks’ worth of work) in a single 24 hour period. Sitting on a story you can’t find the time to draw? Need to let your imagination run wild? Craving the company of creative comrades? Grab your pens and paper and join us!
When: 10:00 am October 18 to 10:00 am October 19 (Saturday and Sunday)
Where: Pacific Northwest College of Art
1241 NW Johnson St, Portland, OR
Upstairs in the Charles Voorhies Library
This event is free and open to the public, however space is limited.
